    Classic Tailings Dry Discharge Plan
    Dry discharge for ultra-fine-grained tailings, the equipment is simple and can achieve extremely low cake moisture. Ultra-fine-grained Solution
    Required Equipment: slurry pump + thickener+ HVPF vertical fully –automatic filter pressor SSPF smart press filter
    Process Description: The process is for dry discharge of ultra-fine-grained tailings and the equipment is simple and can achieve extremely low cake moisture.
    Fine-grained Solution
    Required Equipment: slurry pump + cyclone+ tailings shaker+ thickener+ DU rubber belt vacuum filter
    Process Description: The process has obvious dry discharge effect on fine-grained tailings. The combination of cyclone and tailings shaker greatly reduces the footprint of the thickener, at the same time, combined with the DU rubber belt vacuum filter, the dry row effect is significantly improved.
    Medium-grained Solution
    Required Equipment: slurry pump + hydro-cyclone+ tailings shaker+ thickener+ TC precision ceramic vacuum filter
    Process Description: The process is suitable for medium and fine grade tailings with a concentration greater than 10%. The closed loop circulation of cyclone and tailings shaker in the dry discharge system greatly improves the working efficiency of the tailings shaker. By removing tailings from tailings shaker, materials on the shaker enters into the ceramic filter for dry discharge with low operating costs, compact process layout and large processing amount.
    Coarse-grained Solution
    Required Equipment: slurry pump + hydro-cyclone+ tailings shaker+ a kind of thickener monofilament filtration called single multifilament filter cloth
